We want your visit to Bel Air Veterinary Hospital to be the best veterinary experience you will ever have. We’re all animal lovers here and we work hard to create a warm, inviting, and comfortable environment for you and your pet.
We will do our best to make sure you are brought into an examination room as soon as we have one available. Our goal is to make sure all of our patients are seen on time. There may be a time when the occasional unexpected delay happens due to an emergency or because we are providing care for a patient that needs a little more time. Please accept our apologies should this occur, and understand that the same dedication and courtesy will be provided to your pet should they ever need it.
A veterinarian will then meet you, gather basic information about your pet’s health, examine your pet, answer any questions or concerns you may have, and plan further diagnostics or treatment as needed.
If additional diagnostics are needed, our caring Doctors and Technicians are able to perform most diagnostic procedures and in-house testing the same day. A Doctor will then discuss the findings and create a treatment plan for your pet’s medical needs.
A Veterinary Assistant or Technician will come back to wrap things up and will provide you with helpful pet care information. Our front desk staff will process your payment and schedule any needed follow-up appointments.
Depending on the nature of your pet’s visit, you may expect a follow-up call to get an update on how your pet is doing. Please be sure to keep your pet’s follow-up appointment so our Doctors can evaluate your pet’s progress and, if needed, adjust their treatment plan accordingly.
