We at Bel Air Veterinary Hospital ask that you have your dog on a leash or your cat in a pet carrier when you bring your furry friend in for their appointment. This will keep them safe and better controlled as many pets become nervous or excited when they enter into a busy environment with other animals.

If you are new to our practice we ask that you bring or have your pets health records faxed or emailed to us before your appointment, as this will provide the Doctor a complete health history of your pet. Our staff has been trained in how to secure your pet properly during the exam and so we ask that you allow them to hold your pet during this time.

For your convenience we accept Cash, Personal Checks, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, and Care Credit. We do not offer payment plans. For financial security of our clients, we will request a valid photo ID for all personal check payments.

For optimal vaccine protection, your pets vaccines should be administered at least 2-3 weeks prior to boarding or being brought in for a procedure. We know sometimes that is not always possible, so we are always happy to vaccinate upon arrival if needed.
