Due to the high appointment demands that all veterinarian facilities are experiencing at this time, we have had to make appointment deposits part of our policies moving forward.  While we understand and appreciate all of our clients who keep their appointments, there have been many who make an appointment then don’t show up or cancel last minute.  This has created time slots where our doctors are not seeing pets.  These NO SHOW appointments are quite frustrating to us as we have had to make a waitlist for our clients who need their pets to be seen. This deposit will be used toward the services we provide to your pet at their scheduled appointment. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, your deposit will be happily refunded.
